HMH Stands by the quality of our products and we guarantee the American craftsmanship put into every piece of our merchandise. We will repair or replace any product that does not stand up to regular usage. Any merchandise that is in its original packaging and has not left the store that purchased it is 100% Guaranteed approval for return or replacement. Worn or used products being returned will undergo a full inspection for any signs of breaking, stretching, pulling, scratching, etc. before being refinished/replaced or issuing a credit. If any abuse is present, the product(s) are no longer eligible for replacement/refinishing or credit as this invalidates our guarantee.

All Returns must be authorized in advance and assigned a Return Authorization Number before we will accept returned merchandise. All returns in their original clean packaging that are being returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If the customer is returning an item(s) in new condition and replacing these with other new items they will not be charged the restocking fee.

Tarnishing is not a defect. Sterling Silver tarnished naturally. We cannot guarantee that our sterling silver pieces will not tarnish over time. we will replace/refinish or issue a credit for merchandise returned due to the following reasons:

    • Items that have tarnished, while in the store that originally purchased the merchandise from us. The merchandise must be in its original packaging and cannot have been purchased or worn.
    • Item was sent in error (order entry error, picking error, overage). 
    • Item contains a defect from the manufacturing process.

    We cannot issue credit for or replace tarnished merchandise that has been purchased and/or worn. If a customer would like to send the item back to us, we will clean the item (excluding chains) for them, one-time only. Please note the following:

    • For items tarnished when worn, Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to HMH, at their cost.
    • Once the item(s) has been cleaned, HMH will ship it back via USPS Mail at our cost.
