Become A Retailer

HMH Religious Only Sells To Distributors or Stores.

To Apply to become a distributor, we require that you complete the following:

Download the application package, fill in the applicable forms, and return them to us. The package will include the following forms: (* Required)

• Application Form *
• Resale Certificate *(required if doing business in Rhode Island
• Credit Application Form (If applying for a credit account)
• Credit Card Authorization Form (If paying by credit card only)

Instructions to return the form are included in the application package.

Once we have received your information, we will review your account. If we approve your account, we will authorize your online account and you will be able to view prices and place your orders online.
